Relaxation Exercises

It is important to find a relaxation exercise that works well for you to use whenever you need to Slow Down. These ten exercises are just a few examples of the many relaxation techniques you can use. If you have a mobile device, we also recommend using VA’s self-help mobile apps such as Mindfulness Coach.

Notes

Delete all saved data

You can delete all data that has been saved to this browser's local storage and every account passcode. By doing so, all your information will be lost and you will be logged out. You will be unable to recover anything once it is deleted. Select the Delete All Data button to begin the deletion process.
