Sleep Diary use of local storage
The Sleep Diary uses a method called “local storage” to store and retrieve data. All data entered in this manner is securely stored within the user’s browser and only the user will have access to such data. Unfortunately, this may not be a viable option for public or work-related systems. For these instances please use the "Download the Sleep Diary for personal computers" link below to save it to your computer. Once you have downloaded the file you will need to extract and unzip all of the contents to a directory where you would like to save it. Once the files are extracted, open the index.html file to begin. Please note that deleting your browser history will remove all sleep data, so it is best to preiodically save your data by clicking the "Share Sleep Data" link on any page.
